Last updated: 27 August 2026

This policy explains how Enstap handles information when you use our website and reputation-management service. The operating legal entity, registered address and final contact details must be confirmed before commercial launch.

Information we collect

We may collect your account and contact details, workspace settings, connected-source information, review content, response drafts, usage information and support communications.

Google user data

When you connect Google, Enstap may access information you explicitly authorise. This can include basic account identity, Google Business Profile information, locations and reviews.

We use that information to display and analyse reviews, prepare responses, publish responses you approve or configure, and provide reporting. Enstap's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

App-store data

When you connect supported developer accounts, we may process app details, reviews, ratings, territories, versions and response information. We use this data to provide monitoring, analysis and response workflows.

AI processing

Relevant review content and workspace instructions may be processed by service providers to classify feedback, identify themes and prepare suggested responses. We do not use customer content for unrelated advertising.

Security, retention and deletion

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. We retain information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information, subject to legal requirements.

Sharing

We may share information with providers supporting infrastructure, analytics, authentication, AI processing and customer support, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal information, or object to certain processing.
